Wales Screen Workforce Survey

As part of Media Cymru, the Centre for the Study of Media and Culture in Small Nations at USW is conducting a Wales-wide workforce survey mapping the attitudes and experience of people working across the screen sector in Wales. The aim is to get a better understanding of what’s needed to support those working in this important and creative sector here in Wales. This is your opportunity to share your thoughts on opportunities and barriers for progression, health and wellbeing, innovation, and a specific focus on skills and training.

This survey is for everyone working in the screen sector – including Film, TV, Games, Animation, VFX, Post-production and corporate production. Your input will provide a voice for this dynamic workforce, directly influencing the innovative work of Media Cymru.

Fel rhan o Media Cymru, mae Canolfan Astudio'r Cyfryngau a Diwylliant mewn Cenhedloedd Bach ym Mhrifysgol De Cymru yn cynnal arolwg gweithlu Cymru gyfan sy’n mapio agweddau a phrofiad pobl sy’n gweithio ar draws y sector sgrin yng Nghymru. Y nod yw cael gwell dealltwriaeth o’r hyn sydd ei angen i gefnogi’r rhai sy’n gweithio yn y sector pwysig a chreadigol yma yng Nghymru. Dyma’ch cyfle i rannu eich barn ar gyfleoedd a rhwystrau dilyniant gyrfa, iechyd a lles, arloesi, gyda ffocws penodol ar sgiliau a hyfforddiant.

Bydd eich mewnbwn yn rhoi llais i’r gweithlu deinamig hwn, gan ddylanwadu’n uniongyrchol ar waith arloesol Media Cymru.

Mae’r arolwg hwn ar gyfer pawb sy’n gweithio yn y sector sgrin – gan gynnwys Ffilm, Teledu, Gemau, Animeiddio, VFX, Ôl-gynhyrchu a chynhyrchu corfforaethol.
