THE RESET is a 6-week ONLINE programme for parents who want to transform their relationship with work. With bite-sized audios and practical takeaways, in as little as 15 minutes a day, you can identify your challenges, get clear on your priorities, and ditch the guilt.
THE RESET is a bracing and uplifting experience, for you to learn lifelong skills and strategies alongside a supportive community and your programme will include a bespoke Media Cymru module addressing the unique challenges you face in the creative sector.

Programme Structure
From Another know how precious your time is, so they only bring the most impactful, value-adding content, evidence and tools.
The RESET is 100% online and mobile friendly. It starts on Friday 10th May and runs until Friday 28th June 2024 with live sessions every Thursday at 12pm, these are recorded so you can always catch up at a time that suits you.
The community app and weekly live session on Thursdays at 12:00 provide opportunities for you to ask questions along the way. These sessions will be recorded so you can always catch up at a time that suits you.
Over the 6 weeks you will cover:
Week 1 – Getting to Know Each Other (16 May)
Week 2 – The Changing World of Parenting and Work (23 May)
Please note a break for half-term.Week 3 – Boundaries and Paradoxes in the Creative Industries (6 June)
Week 4 – Ditch the Guilt (13 June)
Week 5 – Embracing Compromises (20 June)
Week 6 – Reflections and the Future (27 June)
Over the course of the programme, From Another will undertake some research with you which will help you and us understand what else needs to change for you to be able to combine your career with your priorities as a parent.
