Edinburgh TV Festival Talent Schemes Cardiff

Think TV’s not for you? Think again!

The Edinburgh TV Festival Talent Schemes team will be in Cardiff next month and want YOU to get involved. Their schemes, ‘The Network’ and ‘Ones to Watch’, are incredible opportunities that both recognise and celebrate established talent and new starters within the industry.

If you have no experience, but you’re considering starting a career in the television industry, then The Network, a free entry level scheme for anyone aged 18+, is the one for you. Paired with a mentor from the Ones to Watch scheme and running alongside the Edinburgh TV Festival, participants will experience four days of masterclasses, workshops and practical TV-making experience led by industry professionals, as well as a year of mentoring and access to exclusive paid jobs.

If you have 3+ years’ experience in television, then you may be more interested in the Ones to Watch scheme. As well as supporting new talent, Ones to Watch gives television’s best and brightest access to four days of inspiring sessions, creative debate and unrivalled networking opportunities at Edinburgh, as well as support and mentoring throughout the year. A place on Ones to Watch really is a life-changing, money-can’t-buy opportunity, that will launch your career to new heights.

The Edinburgh TV Festival Talent Scheme Cardiff will be held at Chapter Arts Centre on Tuesday 9th April between 7-9pm, and if you’d like to book a space, simply follow this link to their website and see what they can do today for your future career.
